Salary: $39,680 - 39,680 per year Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is necessary; a Bachelor's degree is highly favored.
• Prior experience in customer service is essential.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or another relevant field is strongly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficient technical abilities, analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a strong operational focus are essential qualities.

• The capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work cross-functionally is a must.
• A solid technical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex new software are needed.

Responsibilities:

• I will be responsible for answering inbound calls to help resolve both routine and novel issues with patients, healthcare providers, and insurers.
• I will provide patient support to accurately assist pharmaceutical programs and refer them to the appropriate teams when needed.
• It is my goal to meet and exceed established performance targets.
• I will document all call details and data findings per operational protocols.
• I will leverage Knowledge Base resources to address inquiries effectively.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of patient and proprietary information will be a priority.
• I will develop a solid understanding of the company's security and privacy protocols.
• Continuous education on product updates, new features, and upcoming launches will be part of my responsibilities.
• I will contribute to enhancing the patient experience by providing feedback to management to help refine products, materials, and processes.

Compensation: $19/hr
Location: Onsite in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh
Work Hours: Monday to Friday across various 8-hour shifts: 8 am - 4 pm EST, 9 am - 5 pm EST, 1 pm - 9 pm EST, or open for availability for 4-day, 10-hour shifts from 11 am - 9 pm EST.
